Australian Accounting Standards Board
The Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB), in collaboration with Abacus @ University of Sydney, is pleased to host the 2026 AASB Research Forum on 26-27 October 2026, at the Hilton Sydney (448 George St, Sydney NSW 2000).
The Forum’s theme is Technology, Trust and Transformation: Accountability in a Digital Economy. The Forum will be held over two days, with Day 1 focusing on the for-profit sector and Day 2 focusing on the not-for-profit and public sectors. It will bring together leading academics, policymakers and practitioners to explore emerging issues in financial reporting and standard setting.
Attendance is free of charge, with both in-person and virtual participation options available.
