The Action Alert for the 214^th AASB Board meeting is now available. The AASB met in public and in private on 19 August 2025.  At the meeting, the Board made key decisions in relation to:

• Not-for-Profit Private Sector Financial Reporting Framework (Tier 3)
• Tier 2 - Contracts Referencing Nature-dependent Electricity
• Post-implementation Review - Government Financial Reporting (AASB 1049)
• Definition of Public Accountability
