FRC Appoints Boards Members to AASB

AASB Chair, Dr Keith Kendall, welcomed the appointment of three new members of the Australian Accounting Standards Board, as announced by the Financial Reporting Council  (FRC).

Appointments to the AASB for 2023:

• Adrian King, Partner in Charge, Climate Change & Sustainability Services, KPMG
• Liza Maimone, Managing Partner - Chief Operating Officer and ESG Executive, PwC
• Mathew Nelson, Global Climate Change and Sustainability Services Leader, EY

Dr Kendall said “Adrian, Liza and Mathew are welcome additions to the AASB and will provide expertise not only in the financial reporting standards space but also for Sustainability Reporting”.

These appointments are on a part-time basis commencing from 1 January 2023 for 3 years.
