Senior Manager
Jamie Cattell is a Senior Manager at the AASB, where he leads initiatives exploring how artificial intelligence and information systems can be used responsibly to enhance the standard-setting process. In addition to these technology-driven projects, Jamie contributes as a member of the AASB’s Sustainability Reporting team.
Prior to joining the AASB, Jamie worked in the accounting standards team at the NZ External Reporting Board (XRB), where he provided technical advice and contributed to the development of reporting standards. In addition to this role, he played a key part in the design of the XRB’s digital standards platform and navigator tool. Jamie’s earlier experience includes roles at the New Zealand Charities Regulator and PwC. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and innovation to the evolving landscape of financial and sustainability reporting.
