AASB is required to publish all documents released under the FOI Act, within 10 working days of the applicant being given access to the documents (s11C(6)).
This requirement applies to information released in response to FOI requests received after 1 May 2011.
Publication may be by way of making the information released available for download from AASB website (s11C(3)(a)) or by publishing details of how the information may be obtained from AASB (s11C(3)(c)).
AASB's disclosure log lists FOI request releases to which the publication obligation applies.
Documents released in response to an FOI request that are subject to the exceptions below are not required to be placed on the disclosure log.
