The Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) is seeking a talented and motivated Manager to join our Sustainability Reporting team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping Australia's sustainability reporting landscape and offers attractive professional development prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the AASB's sustainability-related technical work program, including climate-related disclosures and broader sustainability topics
- Advance stakeholder engagement and outreach activities
- Support senior team members in project management and delivery
- Support ongoing engagement with international and national standard setters
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4-7 years’ experience in financial or sustainability assurance, sustainability reporting or a related field
- Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Qualification in accounting/commerce and/or sustainability, science or engineering
